A brave Scottish general named Macbeth receives a prophecy from three witches that one day he will become King of Scotland. Filled with ambition and encouraged by his wife, Macbeth murders King Duncan and takes the Scottish throne for himself. He also kills more people out of paranoia. War erupts to get rid of Macbeth, resulting in more death.
